International Yoga day 2021 Live Programme By pm Narendra Modi at 6.30 am on 21 June 2021.


The international Yoga day 2021 is celebrating by the Ministry assembly at 6.30 am


In 2014 P.M of India Narendra Modi Proposed the day 21 June as International Yoga Day. 175  State member endorsed his proposal. For the first time in 2014, Narendra Modi started Yoga with 35,985 people in Rajpath in New Delhi.  Lord Shiva is also referred to as Adi yogi Shiva, which means the first Yogi.


This the second consecutive digitally organised of the day for the Corona Virus pandemic. the day will follow the massage of 15 Great spiritual leaders Sadhguru, Dr Veerendra Hegde, Dr Hamsaji Jayadeva, S Sridharan, OP Tiwari, Swami Chidanand Saraswati, Dr Chinmay Pandey, Muni Shri Sagar Maharaj, Gurudev Sri Ravishankar, Jaggi Vasudev, Sister BK Shivani, Dr HR Nagendra, Kamlesh Patel, Swami Bharat Bhushan, Dr Vishwas Mandalik.


The theme of the day 21 June 2021 is Peace,  beauty of the body, wellness from the Covid19 pandemic. Yoga can give all kinds of age group. Kids can have a Focus brain, Powerful mind, Faster growth, faster height, 


Yoga for those age people who are between 20 to 60, they are struggling for the work stressed, Financial problem, who have joints problem, knee injury and struggling for the pain. Yoga can give you peace from all of your struggle or pain. 



The best yoga poses is Surya Namaskar. Start with 2 minutes at the first time. But bye the time increase you limitations to 30 to 60 minute in a single day. 


International Yoga day is a great day for all of us. support the country to build self depended.  You also do yoga in the morning and it will help you automatically that you can't believe.
